Well done Sam, professional, enthusiastic and very exciting – because it has heart – or connection to cause as you mentioned. That has been my experience in a small scale way, when you feel connected to something it makes absolutely all the difference .
BRAVO! Got it! Inspiring presentation. The fun part is coming up with creative ways to engage and connect customers, brand and social-cultural mission. I work in artisanal food marketing, so promoting TASTE + QUALITY + HEALTH is a winning combination.
I took notes. I liked what you had to say – lots of wisdom and insight shared.
You quoted someone (sorry didn’t catch his name) – who said that “collaboration is the new competition”, I take exception to that. At least as it is phrased, it feels like scarcity and win-lose thinking – a how do I fight this kind of thing kind of thinking. I think the world has shifted from that model. No, we haven’t all caught up yet, but the movement has begun.
Instead, I offer this – “collaboration is the new competitive advantage” – embracing what is the new reality. How can I get on board with it? This is the question we all need to be asking ourselves.
An example of “collaboration is the new competitive advantage” came later in your talk when you shared the development of the 60 in 60 minutes talks. All benefited and each contributed their unique perspective. Excellent!
And I would add, “relationships are the new currency” in this 21st century. If I build healthy, authentic relationships with others, then the trust comes as a by-product.
I just had to sit through the entire 26min video. The idea of “marketing is culture” is not new but well explained with many examples that it gives much more meaning to that phrase.
Hi all — thank you so much for all of the kind words and excitement! We are indeed on the verge of a potential breakthrough in the role marketing can play in ushering in a better world and future. More to come!

Thanks, really appreciate the work you are doing.
Thank you for this inspiring proposal for a new marketing that is synergistic, consistent at every level and stresses collaboration.
